MEMS is an exceptional system used by our company to track work in progress. Its "Check In" concept simplifies monitoring as production workers print QR code stickers using the mobile app. Each station scans the code to perform tasks, enabling efficient progress tracking for the production manager.

Our Journey

We were borned on 2010

                                        

We first step into Furniture Manufacturing industrial in year 2010 by the name of YL MY SOFTWARE. We created a system named as MEMS (aka Manufacturing Express Management System). The very first version of MEMS included modules such as: BOM, PI, Purchase Order, Invoice and Packing List.

A turning point for MEMS as it became a part of the tools to meet ISO requirements where helped our customers in creating a history tracker as per the requirements of ISO and help our customers in moving to a paperless direction

Launched WIP (Work in Progress), Traveler Card with a bar code to perform checking, updating and viewing drawing in production line

Introduced a significant update to our MEMS specifically in the inventory of the material. As MEMS became equipped enough to handle Fabric and S4S inventory (Bundle).

A defining moment for MEMS where a Malaysia listed company, started using our services which were a major achievement for us as a company.

We changed our name from YL MY SOFTWARE to Manutech Solutions
